Troubleshooting

I Cannot Enter

Check:

• your wallet is connected
• you are on Base
• you have enough USDC for the entry
• you accepted the current terms and risk acknowledgement
• your location and wallet are eligible

If the app still blocks entry, the game may not be open or your account may not be eligible.

I Cannot Make A Pick

Check:

• the pick window is open
• the pick lock has not passed
• the team or fixture is available for that round
• your Survivor entry is still alive, if playing Survivor
• you have not already used that team for that Survivor entry

For Bracket, the full bracket must be submitted before the first lock.

I Cannot Vote

Check:

• the vote window is open
• the vote lock has not passed
• your entry has voting rights for that round

In Survivor, eliminated entries do not vote. In Bracket, all entries vote.

My Pick Looks Pending

The app may show provisional sports information before official grading is complete. Picks are graded using official team advancement after the required finality process.

A Match Was Delayed

Some delays can be handled with extensions. If no official advancing team exists by the defined deadline, a match may become VOID for game purposes.

A Prize-Pool Move Did Not Happen

If a selected move cannot be completed safely, the system may hold or return the pool in USDC as a safety override. The app should show the current pool state.

I Cannot Claim

Check:

• the game has ended
• payouts are finalized
• your entry is eligible for a claim
• the claim window is active

If the prize pool is not already in USDC, it may need to be returned to USDC before payouts are made.

I See Something Suspicious

Do not sign unexpected wallet prompts. Use only official Bald Sports links. Never share your seed phrase or private key.
